Description
The position was created out of need in many long term care facilities to provide nursing assistants trained at an advanced level. Each resident’s needs are based on individuality and includes providing the care that promotes dignity and worth of each resident. Restorative care is given by certified nursing assistants who have attended the Restorative Nursing Care class (click here to visit ONET with additional job task descriptions).
This is a 40-hour, 26 Continuing Education Unit course for current CNA's.

Current CNA Certification, a physical clearance and proof of TB clearance not more than 9 months old.
